The Colorines icon theme I use disappeared after upgrading and is no longer available to add via Preferences. Method that just worked for me is downloading the latest version of the icon theme from the forums and unzipping the the contents to C:\Users\
YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\calibre\resources\images
