an identifier, specify no value, --identifier isbn:
Note that for EPUB files, an identifier marked as the
package identifier cannot be removed.
but my file is AZW not EPUB, cannot remove these UUIDs
ebook-meta file --identifier mobi-asin:
seems to be correct (?)
