No, the tougher DRM books are not available to any device or app where DeDRM works -- only latest mobile apps, Fires, and Kindle for Mac. They were available to Kindle for PC (although not to old versions where you could avoid kfx) until shortly after Sats method came out.

But those books are relatively rare. And the product page tells you what apps and devices they are available to. So they are easy to avoid if you pay attention.
