Hi Peter, Thank you for your advice. I checked and my Kobo device is check marked in the devices tab. And so far, the only column KU recognizes is the ‘Collections’ column.

I did notice that in the KU config, it shows my collections field, the percent field, but I don’t see an option for reading status field (finished/not finished).

Right now my reading status column is yes/no. I have 7 books with a yes or no status as a test in this column. I’m not sure how to get KU to recognize this column. The column doesn’t show up on the profiles tab. What do you think? Thank you again. Kim

The devices tab in turn lets you add the currently connected device to those known by KU.

If you've done a reset of your device it's possible the ID used by the currently connected device (if you're not using generic) might have changed; just head to the devices tab and verify that it shows a check mark next to your device; if not re-add the device.
