Looking at the press release, it does mention Gallery in multiple places. OTOH, it claims to be the first ereader to use a Gallery display which is incorrect. The Bigme Galy (RIP) and the reMarkable Paper Pro use Gallery 3 displays.

From the photos, it appears that the spine of the folded ereader is quite thick to allow for a larger bend radius compared to folding phones.
