I just received a very similar certificate error on my install when trying to launch it today. Windows certificate error complaining about an unknown publisher. Tried looking more into it, and it looks like it was saying the certificate was expired.
I tried looking into the root CA but couldn't gather much at the time.
This error is after I already updated to 7.23 and did not have problems until today. I decided to try running the 7.23 installer again, and it opened calibre without an issue after that.
Not sure what is going on or why it was complaining about an expired certificate but wanted to share this in case others might be having this problem too.

I encountered this certificate error again today. I have attached a screenshot.
I didn't start having this problem until 7.23, and I don't want to have to constantly reapply the update to resolve the error. Is there something I'm missing or something I can do to fix it?
