I gave the wife a Kobo for Xmas thinking it would work like my Clara 2E with series and collections but life is never that easy. Note I'm using calibre 4.12, I maybe should go back to 3.48 or on to 4.23 but if it isn't broke I don't want to break it.
You need to go forward to the latest version. Never stay with an old version of calibre if you are able to run the latest version. What OS are you using?
