No TOC in book

Not long ago I finished Sisterhood of Dune and liked it well enough to buy the successor Mentats of Dune from Amazon.
But it had no TOC, it was one large chapter. And that is something that really annoys me. Why? Because i often switch between my readers, Kobo Libra 2 and Kobo Sage. I then simply continue with the next chapter on the other reader.
And I also like the information "Pages left in Chapter".

Mentats of Dune was available in 2 editions at prices $8 and $12. I bought the cheaper one of course.

But it turned out that the more expensive one had a good TOC. This is something that can be seen in the "Read Sample".

So I returned the cheap one and bought the more expensive one. I got a refund with no problem

The third book in the trilogy Navigators of Dune was also avaible in two editions, here it was the cheaper one that had a TOC.
