The only file affected by this script is /mnt/us/koreader/settings/collection.lua. KOReader's own backup is collection.lua.old (scripts backup is collection.lua.bkp)

I am not able to edit the thread to update the .zip, but made few changes to the extension:
- edited the menu (KUAL will no longer exit when collection gets generated)
- added function/menu to restore the backup
