Not right now, but today, after back from the Farmers' Markets, we went to go out on the upstairs balcony for a rest and a drink. We changed our minds though:

We called the snake catcher, who came around in about an hour, and took him/her a hundred metres up the hill and let him loose in the National Park:

It had a couple of large lumps in it, so it'd not long had a feed, probably of some parrots or maybe the bush rats we've found under the balcony. Big bugger, probably about 2 metres (though the snake catcher says he picked up one at Tewantin that had taken a cat).

Excitement. Beautiful animal.

Cheers,
Marc
