I have a cold. It started on Sunday with an itchy throat and it has now progressed to the stage of a very runny nose and sinus pain.
To add to the fun I hurt my back whilst sneezing last night. So I didn't get much sleep during the night. I'm going to make a cup of tea and take it very easy today.
