No. Only the Sage and the Elipsa models take notes with a pen in s sensible* fashion.
These have no internal card slot, and don't have a digitiser for note-taking pen:
Kobo N905 Touch
Kobo N514 Aura
Kobo N709 Aura One
Kobo N782 Forma

* Oddly the Libra 2 seems to have a digitiser (but not the original Libra). The Kobo or MSP/NTrig pen works on the sketch pad with two line widths and erase (via the Pen buttons). Sketched notes are saved as svg files and appear in My Book, can be copied off, but can't be edited on the Libra 2 once you save. It does have an internal SD card (glued, but the glue can be dissolved) for the entire filesystem. Now if someone could patch the SketchPad so it could load?

Also the Sage and Elipsa (probably 2 also) only seem to have no Sketch Pad. It appears in the More menu if you turn on developer mode. Other weird settings appear in settings. There be dragons.

Turn on
search devmodeon
(As if looking for a book)

Turn off
search devmodeoff
