The Long Night of the Crystalline Moon, prequel novella in Jeffe Kennedy's Heirs of Magic series, is free right now at Kindle and Kobo US, and also on Kennedy's own website. Somewhat oddly, it's not free at Kindle UK, at least as of now, but is only £0.78 there.
