i can.
i've had troubles with it on a couple of occasions, most memorably when i first switched to broadband, and either the isp or the teleco (whichever one you talked to claimed it was the other) apparently mistakenly gave "my" cable to someone else. it took them MONTHS to work it out.
i nearly went mad.
