I'm not seeing that option.

I tried duplicating an existing book, then deleting the duplicate, and I'm still not seeing that option.

The old solution, for all its flaws, made it possible to restore accidentally-deleted files and retype the metadata, this does not.

I am on Calibre 5.44.0. I cannot use Calibre 6 on this system.

P.S. Now they're showing up in the system trash. Not sure why they weren't before.
