I do the same thing with library loans. Those are always Downloaded and Transferred as well. Amazon hasn't blocked this (yet). I am hoping that Amazon won't - because these books are controlled by the libraries, not by Amazon. Amazon might block downloading library books at a libraries request, but they shouldn't do it on their own account.
I mention this use of Download and Transfer only because it appears some people may be thinking that Download and Transfer always equates to removing DRM. It can. But not always.
