I think this is one part of their service they've improved considerably. Up until this year, I've always had to contact Kobo to get the bonus $. The most recent "pay X get .2X" promo took about 12 hours, by far the longest of the 3-4 I've used this year. Most have come in within 4-5 hours, a big step up from previously.
