Very impressed with The Botanist! For sipping straight, it could be my favorite gin so far. Very crisp, very clean. The traditional juniper/pine is instant, but quickly moves to a citrusey blend. I'll have to try it in a G&T or Martini. Not sure how they packed all those botanicals in there without it being perfumy/floral but they did.
I contrasted it with Hendrick's (my favorite G&T gin), Nolet's Silver, and Bombay Sapphire.
The Nolet's is the furthest from a traditional London Dry Gin that I've tried. Very peachy. The Bombay Sapphire bottle will probably never get finished.
