I haven't returned anything lately, so don't know if it's gone for me. I never used the option because it was inconvenient. The spot in the Kohl's store was clear at the back of the store, and there was never an employee nearby. And the location of the store is in the busiest location near the mall with terrible traffic flow, crowded parking etc.

We have a UPS store not far from our new house, and it's easy in and out.
