They accepted your order for a $25 Gen 4 Dot and now they're trying to back out of the deal. To rectify this, Amazon needs to substitute Gen 5 Dot's for everyone they cancel orders on.

I'm still getting the runaround on this order. I was required to login in to my account and "approve" the delay (whatever the heck that means) or they were going to cancel my order tomorrow (10/18/22).
Before anybody asks: no this wasn't a phishing email. I followed no email links whatsover (even though I checked the email's headers to make sure the dkim and spf sigs were valid). I went directly to Amazon.com and logged in from there. The approval process seemed ... odd, to say the least. A "
Thank you for approving" message was emailed to me after, but my Amazon orders page still shows that "
Action is required on one or more of your orders." I fear I'm going to have to break down and call someone.
