You’ve just reminded me of all the short comings of my Sony PRS-300 which was my first e-reader. I was going to say the kobo glo that I owned for about a week in 2012. I was initially going to pass off all the inadequacies as being caused by early eink technology but the kindle keyboard I bought only some months later was leap years ahead. So yes I Eink have to agree that the Sony PRS-300 was the worst eink device I’ve ever owned. Mine used to freeze and crash as well.
