Unfortunately, that did not have anything helpful in it.

Looking at the code, I can see something, but, I don't understand why it isn't breaking for others.

I have attached a beta that changes how the Qt library is loaded, and removes the code that loads Qt4 if loading from the current Qt fails. It works here, but, so did the other version. Hopefully it works.
