It does not need to be reliable. The only requirement would be that it would run after the recipe.*If it broke, it would be the customizer's problem. But now you have just killed half of my use-case.

However, now that MOBI*is no longer going to be accepted on Kindles, what is going to be the way to avoid navbars? As far as I*know, if I*set my preferred output to EPUB, I get navbars.




Ok, great, if I knew you would disable this I would not have pointed it out. It really perplexes me why users cannot choose to get rid of navbars (that for some of us just take up space and present spam, especially the line about the article having been downloaded, that feels like adware).

However, in order to have maintainable code, you probably should also patch the five recipes that were up until now using no_inline_navbars. I*suspect their authors, who probably hate navbars as much as I do, will be superbly pleased.
