If you missed Smoke Bitten when @apesmom posted it almost a year ago, it's on sale again, although at $2.99 now, instead of $1.99. But that's still a pretty good price for a most-recent-in-series book (at least until the next one comes out in a couple of month). The links in @apesmom's post are still good.
