No, these are the fonts that Kobo supplied and the fonts they didn't. Separating them actually makes it easier for me to find the few sideloaded fonts I have added.

As to books, I don't want them separated. But, I also don't think the two things are comparable. Of course, there is a way to only see purchased books or only sideloaded books, so yes, they can be separated as if they have cooties.
