The Digital Content site is intentionally generic and includes types that are not consumed by Kindle devices and Kindle apps. As such it is just going to support very basic use cases. More use cases would mean more coding and testing. I’m just thankful you CAN manage it with a web browser and that it works reasonably well.

Books seems like a reasonable default to me, as that the most common type people are likely to want to interact with. (True for me anyway) If you are managing Books and Docs, then filter the Kindle to match what CD is showing.

You can change the Sort order. If you are comparing CD with your Kindle, you need to put them in the same order, and that should be possible with either Title or Author.

Kindle platform doesn’t know what CD’s Created/Acquired Date means, so you cannot use that sort order on CD. Likewise, CD doesn’t know what Recent sort order means, so you cannot use that on your Kindle.
