The newest version of Kindle for PC/Mac that can be used in conjunction with this plugin is 1.26.

If your book requires a later version you will have to try disabling KFX format in that app. See this thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=283371

However that won’t help if your book is one that is only available in KFX.
