A couple of quick questions. Do you have Java installed? Is the path to the Java executable present? I.e. if you type java -version at a command prompt, do you get something similar to:

java -version
java version "1.8.0_301"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_301-b09)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.301-b09, mixed mode)

Have you read through the messages in the [Editor Plugin] EpubCheck since there is some discussion starting around message #100 that may be relevant since the error message is the Italian translation of the one in your posted log.

BTW, I attempted to post a new message to that thread and it allowed me to open and type though I did not submit. What made you believe that it is closed?
