It looks like your Conversion might have failed as there is NO PDF in that folder.
?? Can you View the HTML with Calibres viewer (simply tap 'V' with the book selected)??

@harrisontate - could you also you post screenshots of:

1. what is in the library book folder - press 'O' to open it.
2. what you have in the Preferences->Saving books to disk settings
