That book is very expensive so I tried using the free sample. It imported into calibre as AZW4 format and the "Extract PDF" function of the KindleUnpack plugin was able to successfully obtain a PDF from it.
There may be a problem with that particular book from Amazon or with your setup. If you are using the 32-bit version of calibre instead of 64-bit that could be a factor since the book is fairly large (63MB).

I recommend that you either disable KFX downloads in the latest version of Kindle for PC or revert to an older version of Kindle for PC (1.17) and disable automatic updates. See the first post in the thread

The presence of a KFX-ZIP file is a sign that KFX DRM removal was unsuccessful. It is not possible to remove DRM from KFX files downloaded using recent versions of Kindle for PC.
