About 1 minute after DeDRM 7.2.1 was released, Amazon switched their KFX DRM version though that should not have affected K4PC 1.24. Check the Dealing with Kindle for PC/Mac 1.19 and KFX in calibre stickied thread for as much help/information as is permitted under MobileRead's rules.
