From the log it appears that the Kindle Previewer is failing to launch. Some possibilities are anti-virus software blocking it or a bad installation. I suggest that you try disabling your AV and removing/re-installing the Kindle Previewer.

If neither of those solve the problem and you know which version of the plugin you were running previously then I can re-upload it for you to try, but I doubt that will be of any help.


Note: This question and answer relate to the KFX Output plugin, not KFX Input.)
