It depends on what you mean by
view and export annotations and notes.
For example, if your document has annotations, you'll find an
Annotations entry in the book menu (tap the title label in the top bar). If you select that, you'll see an in-memory HTML representation of the document's annotations. You'll find a
Save entry in the book menu of that document.
