As to the crash you're experiencing, a poster asked for details. You have not provided them so far. How many ebooks? What computer with how much memory? Any error message before the crash?

As I pointed out, the crash is not the real problem is that I don't like to split archives. I could add virtual drives but I already have tons of them for each archive. For example, for the "Foreign Authors" I already have a lot of virtual drives where there are the authors I love most and the categories and they will be about fifty virtual drives, you can imagine for yourself how many I should add for all the other archives I have (others 10)
Anyway I close here, I thought I read someone who recommended me a different way to organize everything but I probably misunderstood my bad English ... thanks again for your help, bye
