The omnibus is now a Countdown Deal in both the US and UK ($2.99/£1.99), for about 6 more days. If you didn't buy the individual titles earlier, this is great deal for the four books. The links below are still good.

These were originally published under the pen name Philippa Morgan, but I couldn't find much info on those editions - I'm guessing Gooden has gotten the rights back and is re-publishing them himself.
