Checked and I did not have a credit card registered att Kobo.com for buying books at their store and I added one now - did not help.
(Logged in/out, restarted kobo etc)
I do not have a US billing adress, but that cant be necessary for lending books in Sweden ?

I have contacted a person "responsible for Overdrive" at my library, but I have not heard back from him yet.
