Cleaned Spot (the iRobot) after his yeoman's job in the bedroom; now he's in the master bath, cleaning up the cruft, before I Swiffer it.
Trying to figure out if fascia massage will work for RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). Mine's gotten so severe now that I can't seem to defeat it with my old reliables (Niacin, not the no-flush kind, walking around). I've tried fascia massage previously, and it definitely works, but only for a few hours. There's some theory that it's not the calves that need the massage, but the hip flexors and the Iliopsoas area fascia. Trying to figure out the "right" way to lie on my roller. (sigh). When exercise lets you down on this, man...it's just miserable. I've basically been up for days. (This probably
oughta go in the V&R forum, but I'm researching it, so...)
