You can send ePubs directly to a PocketBook via the Send-To-PocketBook app. Even DRM ePub ascm files (and download the book directly on the PocketBook). (The app is on the PocketBook device, not on your phone or computer.)

PocketBook also provides a DropBox app. (Never tried it, so I don't know how it works, sorry.)

You can also move books to your PocketBook Cloud (via your browser) and access them via WiFi on your PocketBook device — these can come from any source and will sync between your phone and PocketBook eReader. (There are storage limitations, I think 5 GB.)
