When I personally use the LC Menu for the Expanse book that you have been testing, I get almost everything in LC. Worldcat is still broken, so I don't get OCLC (the other one, not OCLC-OWI), but that is highly optional anyway.
See the attached image. Read the tool-tips. Use the menu. All of it.

I'm not making an accusation nor an indictment. I've been using your plugin for years, exactly the same way as I always have, without issue, until recently.
I've done all the things you suggest, and I'm clearly having a different experience. I appreciate the help and effort you put in to troubleshooting this with me and helping me understand how best to use your plugin.
That said, when I first installed it however many versions ago, I followed the directions exactly, and had the plugin create the columns automatically, etc. For there to be issues with how the columns were configured has nothing to do with me, as I didn't create them from the outset.
I understand that there may be an element of user error, but I don't just click on the LC button, I go through all the options, and sometimes it works right away, and sometimes it doesn't. It doesn't make sense that until recently, LC was working exactly as you intended it to (and exactly what I loved about it), and that
I somehow did something to break it.
If I did anything differently, then at least I'd have what to examine to retrace my steps, but beyond using the plugin as I always have, I'm not sure why I'm being reprimanded for not using LC properly.
Thank you again for all your help. I'll take the hint, and I'll stop bothering you about this plugin, if I have any other issues.
