The last nook I had was used to put a desk and my desktop computer there. It was not used for reading.

The two best places at home for me to read is the reclining sofa or in bed with the two memory foam pillows behind my back. We have have a reclining armchair. But I don't really use that much as I have my stuff where I can get at it easily (enough) from the sofa. Plus, the lights in the room are all intelligent so I just have to speak to my iPhone or Alexa.
