As usual, your posts clearly show that you don't know what you're talking about. All readers/apps that support EPUB 3.0.1 also support EPUB 3.2. To quote the

I.e., Apple Books/iBooks and Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 technically also support EPUB 3.2. BTW, both EPUB 3.0.1 and EPUB 3.2 allow you to create epubs that can also be rendered by EPUB 2.0.1 readers/apps.
