shighfield: Did you CALL SONY CANADA AND AsK who is in charge?
get names and rank and follow up with a demand letter. What you
want is some kind of ETA or status on your reader at the very least.
Funny thing is, when Sony contacted me from "SonyListens" they told
me somone would call me after I detailed the issues for them. To date
no call or follow up. Perhaps they knew my issues were not on the
same level as yours.
