I don't have Prime and the $20 credit has to be used within 30 days, so it's not all that valuable, given how very many unheard audiobooks I already have.

I just have to go one month at $14.95 and one book free. I look at it as getting 2 books for $8 (taxes added you know). Not sure that they are changing the rules so much as clarifying it. I am in the same boat with hundreds of unheard titles (whispersync deals, sales) and this is cash as opposed to a credit. At least it is applied to the member price and not the retail price when you buy, so I'll just check the wishlist for those books member priced under $20. I have a fair number, so not a problem. Some of mine are as low as $9 member priced, so maybe 2 books for that $20. This is a member's reward after all.
edited to add: By the way, Audible counts any audiobook, even one only an hour and a half long for this deal.
edited again to add: Ok, they have changed that too. You have to listen to a book that is at least 2 hours. Maybe it said that originally and I just didn't see it.
