The tweaking is endless. You haven't even gotten to the point of installing third-party readers like Koreader and/or Plato, mods like miniclock, or other apps like Frotz and Takuzu.

Although while it's still early days, it might be a good idea to make a backup image of your Clara's internal SD card, in case you tinkered too much and wanted to revert. And the best part is, once you've backed up an image of the sd card (just follow the instructions in that link to the half-way point; it's for the Glo HD, but it'll work for the Clara too), you could restore that image onto a 512GB micro sd card if you wanted (in that case, follow all the instructions)...
