Not really, not without a lot more details and a copy of your dictionary .zip file.
As Polish is not an officially supported language the simple 'trick' which worked for LucyOne's en-en English dictionary isn't going to work, I don't think.
My best advice would be to install it as an 'Extra' dictionary by following all the steps in
surquizu's step-by-step post. I know it's more complicated but it probably has the best chance of success. It's the method I use for my own custom dictionaries (multiple English) and it's never failed me yet.
If you do decide to try the 'Extra' dictionaries route, please note that step 1 is a little outdated. If you're already a kobopatch user the standard patch you need to enable is called 'Allow searches on Extra dictionaries' If you're not already a kobopatch user then your task became a little more challenging.
I don't have much personal experience with translation dictionaries so if the above all seems a bit too overwhelming perhaps wait and see whether another Polish user pops up here to advise whether there's a simpler way.
