I dunno if you guys have this dumb Airborne stuff there; I'd read about it for ages and never tried it, but my SIL insisted I try it on a trip, where I was definitely getting sick, and while I do NOT believe that it prevents colds or any of that beeswax, it absolutely always makes me feel less sick/feel better. Can't beat that with a stick.
