Don't use the beta that I posted as an update has already been released. And I have just removed the beta. And you should just need to remove the "device_drivers_KOBOTOUCHEXTENDED.py.json". So long as you have the latest version of the plugin installed, and are not running calibre v3.45, the older style configuration file will be converted to the new style properly.
