Hi andr13,

I have the same issue with my Boox Note. Did you manage to solve your problem?
The only difference here is that I can't see the internal disk when the Boox is connected to my Macbook.

I have quite a few annotated documents on the Boox which are very important to me, so any help from any Boox experts is much appreciated!
