Thanks for sharing that information--I don't know if anyone else would have come across the display (I don't know if there are any B&M religious bookstores anymore, say within 25 miles of here, for example. I think that Amazon may have put all of them out of business).

I know some people who prefer using their print bibles, and sort of look down on those of use who prefer digital. But many who have switched to using digital most of the time, did so because the thin paper used in most bibles allows a lot of "bleed through" making it even hard to read the typically small print.
The notes are usually even smaller in font size, so this method of using an app for the notes may work well for some. To me, it seems like it would be awkward.
A well formatted study bible on a tablet device can be a wonderful tool when studying. Online bibles offer many other benefits as well. I use blueletterbible dot com, because I like the built in ability to access a Strong's Concordance for individual word look-ups.
Of course, which translation a person prefers has a great deal to do with this.
More ways to help people study is a good thing.
