If you have got some micropay money on your fictionwise account then all you need to do is to change your country temporally to US, buy & download the book and correct your account data again.
I did this with Pleasure Unbound, this time I used Lit format instead of eReader that I used last time and the results after stripping DRM and converting to ePub are much much better than eReader which ends up with a HTML file that is really horrible to read and convert to ePub.

PS: I did this for sports reason only, you know all other people on the board had the fun striping DRM and stuff so I wanted it too.
But I’m getting tired of this slowly and will buy ePub books in future.
And yes Hachette sucks.
